Phone is the fastest way to reach us. Chris and the team answer calls and texts on the tools, so a short message with your suburb and the fault is usually enough to get a time booked. Outside office hours the same number covers emergency fault finding: no power, burning smells, a breaker that will not reset, or storm damage to the service line.

Network and Level 2 work we can take on directly

Some electrical work can only be done by an electrician accredited by the supply authority. Electric East Electricians is a Level 2 ASP electrician approved by Essential Energy, which covers metering, overhead and underground consumer mains, private poles, temporary builders power, new property connections, three-phase and load upgrades, and Essential Energy defect notices. If you have received a defect notice or a builder needs power on site, mention it on the call so the paperwork starts the same day.

The job is completed

The work is tested and certified, and compliance paperwork is issued where the job needs it. Statutory warranties apply: six years on major defects, two years on other defects.
